These are gatherings for children and families who experienced the death of a loved one in the Texas Hill Country floods.
This is a welcoming and compassionate space where grief is met with hope, care, and connection. Children will have space to share and express, with gentle guidance from our grief support team. Adults can connect with others navigating similar experiences.

Together After the Flood: Virtual Support Group

Open, virtual support group specifically designed for anyone affected by the recent flooding in central Texas. This space provides a compassionate space, guided by experienced facilitators, where individuals can share experiences, process emotions, find solace, and learn practical mind-body skills to support their emotional and physical well-being. Each session blends sharing and togetherness with evidence-based practices and skills such as breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding exercises to help participants process stress and trauma. This is a weekly virtual meeting to connect, give, and receive support in a welcoming group setting with others who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
